2. No Regulatory Approval Guarantee

Dritiva makes no representation or warranty that the use of its services, deliverables, or annotation outputs will result in regulatory clearance, approval, or certification for any AI product, medical device, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) under any regulatory framework, including but not limited to:

India CDSCO Medical Device Rules 2017

Any other national or international regulatory framework

Employees or agents of any client company for whom the annotation is performed;
Authors or endorsers of any AI system, model, or product.
